About garage doors in Rob Roy
Rob Roy is in West Austin, off Bee Cave Road west of Loop 360.
Rob Roy is a gated community of large custom homes on wooded, hilly lots, built from the 1980s onward. Garages often have three or more bays, and doors are frequently custom wood or wood look designs.
These heavy doors depend on correctly sized springs and benefit from regular service.
Our recommendation for Rob Roy
In Rob Roy we recommend annual service for custom doors and having them weighed whenever springs are replaced. A heavy door that is slightly out of balance wears out its opener quietly.

What customers say about Tier One
Highly highly recommend this company. Nathan came out and installed a very nice LiftMaster garage door opener when we moved into our house. Then today we had an unrelated issue with a broken spring on our massive two car Garage Door. I needed to get out of the house so he spent 30 minutes with me rearranging the garage so I could do a 100 point turn to get my car out of the other side of the garage - wow! Very professional and great service!
My garage door was fixed perfectly less than 2 hours after my call! Wonderful! Thank you!
